  • Initial survey to share and confirm goals of your room refresh. 

  • Product research from multiple vendors for furniture and fixture recommendations.

  • Shareable document with all fixture, furniture and accessory recommendations.

  • Zoom/Conference call to review all recommendations for the room. 

  • Product discounts on vendors we carry at Ad Hoc Home. 

What We Ask from You: 

Step 1: Put the “Room Refresh” product in your cart and purchase it from our website

Step 2: An Ad Hoc team member will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm your purchase and send a “Room Refresh” survey to get the process started. 

Step 3: Initial communication to share the goals for your room refresh with our design team.

Step 4: After confirming goals for the room refresh, our team will do product research from multiple vendors for furniture and fixture recommendations.  You enjoy product discounts from vendors we carry at Ad Hoc Home!

Step 5: We will share a document and design board with specific product recommendations along with a Pinterest Board (active for 30 days).

Step 6: Zoom/Conference call to review the recommendations.

Step 7: You are now off and running to execute your Room Refresh!
