WHAT IS AD HOC HOME’S RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

At Ad Hoc Home, we stand behind our products 100%. We select products & vendors that we feel confident will provide a well-designed quality product. With that said, if you are not satisfied with what we send you we are happy to exchange for another item or issue store credit within 30 days of receipt. Please note that return shipping charges are non-­refundable, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged. In that case, we ask that you please contact our Customer Service department prior to sending the item back, so that we can provide you with a return shipping label and expedite your replacement order. Returns are refunded in the original payment form, less shipping and handling. Returns sent via USPS that arrive with postage due will be returned to sender. Please note that "final sale" items are not returnable or exchangeable except for manufacturing defect. Ad Hoc Home does not accept returns on the following items: wallpaper, fabric swatches, fabric yardage, custom sewing orders, monogrammed items, Art, and all upholstered, vintage and custom furniture including but not limited to headboards, beds, benches, sofas, chairs and ottomans. After 30 days, Ad Hoc Home cannot accept returns for any reason other than manufacturing defects.
